Vorstellung unseres Kunden

Die Coca-Cola European Partners Deutschland GmbH (CCEP DE) ist im Rahmen der Marke CocaCola für die Produktion, Abfüllung, den Verkauf sowie den Vertrieb verantwortlich.

Zur Coca-Cola Family gehören Marken wie Vio, Mezzomix und Fanta. Hierzulande hat CocaCola dafür 16 Produktionsbetriebe stationiert. Die CCEP DE gilt als das größte deutsche Getränkeunternehmen. Aufgrund der zahlreichen Getränkevielfalt und einer hohen Anzahl an Kunden sind die Anforderungen an den Standorten der CCEP gewaltig. Beispielsweise muss eine dauerhafte Sicherstellung der Mischverhältnisse der Limonaden gewährleistet werden, um unnötige Kostenaufwände zu vermeiden. Zusätzlich muss garantiert sein, dass jede Flasche/Dose chargenbasiert nachverfolgt werden kann.

Anforderungen unseres Kunden

Um diese Herausforderungen in Zukunft noch besser zu meistern suchte die CCEP DE eine Lösung, welche die Mitarbeiter technisch unterstützt und dazu beiträgt, Fehler zu vermeiden. Dabei wünschte sich CCEP DE ein scannerbasiertes System, welches die Daten (die Entnahmen der Zutaten) direkt in SAP implementiert. Das System sollte außerdem die Inventur vereinfachen und eine Chargenrückverfolgung ermöglichen. Als Zusatzfunktion war noch dazu eine Spezial-Lösung erwünscht, welche die Etiketten, Deckel und Gebinde an den Abfüllanlagen steuert.

Zusammengefasst: CCEP DE war auf der Suche nach einer einheitlichen mobilen SAP-Lösung!

Einsatz der mobilen Flexus Apps bei CCEP DE

Die CCEP DE legte bei Ihrer Suche nach dem passenden Anbieter unter anderem Fokus auf die Personalstärke, so dass diverse Standorte unterstützt werden können. Zusätzlich lag der Fokus auf detaillierten SAP Fiori Kenntnissen, einem guten Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und einem intelligenten Lösungsportfolio. So entschied man sich für die Flexus AG.

Die CCEP DE hat die FlexMobile SAP Fiori Apps mittlerweile an 13 deutschen Produktionsstandorten im Einsatz.

In 2018, Flexus AG was already able to win CocaCola as a new customer in the field of mobile solutions: In this article, we would like to give you an insight into how Flexus AG was able to contribute with its mobile SAP apps to making the intralogistics of Coca-Cola European Partners Deutschland GmbH (CCEP DE) more efficient.

Introduction of our client

Coca-Cola European Partners Deutschland GmbH (CCEP DE) is, as part of the Coca-Cola brand, responsible for production, bottling, as well as sales and distribution.

The Coca-Cola Family includes brands such as Vio, Mezzomix and Fanta. Coca-Cola operates 16 production plants for these brands in Germany. CCEP DE is known as the biggest German beverage company. Due to the large variety of beverages and a high number of customers, the requirements at the CCEP sites are enormous. For example, it must be ensured throughout that the mixing ratios of the soft drinks are maintained to avoid unnecessary expenses. Additionally, the trackability of each bottle or can must be guaranteed on a per batch basis.

Customer requirements

In order to overcome these challenges even better in the future, CCEP DE was looking for a solution that would provide technical support to its staff and help prevent errors. CCEP DE wanted a scanner-based system that would implement the data (the withdrawals of the ingredients) directly in SAP. The system should also simplify inventory and allow for batch tracing. As an additional function, a special solution was also desired that would control the labels, lids, and drums on the filling lines.

In short, CCEP DE was looking for a unified mobile SAP solution!

Use of the Flexus mobile apps at CCEP DE

In its search for the right provider, CCEP DE focused, among other things, on staff numbers to ensure that various locations could be supported. Additionally, the focus was on detailed SAP Fiori knowledge, a good price-performance ratio and an intelligent solution portfolio. That is why Flexus AG was chosen.

CCEP DE has meanwhile deployed the FlexMobile Fiori mobile apps at 13 German production sites.
